Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: Our minimum order quantity for screen-printing is 12 items. We have no minimum order quantity for embroidery, so you can order as few as a single item embroidered.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Our standard turnaround time for an order is 7 to 10 working days.
Q: Do I need to provide my own artwork?
A: If you do have your own art files you wish us to use, vector format is preferred (Adobe Illustrator, EPS, PDF, or CorelDraw files) but not strictly necessary. We have an in-house graphic design department that can flesh out any ideas you have, starting from as little as a sketch on a cocktail napkin.
Q: Do shirts cost the same regardless of size?
A: Garments sized 2XL and larger do cost slightly more than smaller sizes. Size availability varies by product.
